These websites are affected of course, but not as big as most people think considering these sites mostly use off-chain payment systems since even the 0.0001 fees was still expensive for them and hence it's not an issue in the website part but on the off-chain wallet system, since they get smaller transactions and need to raise the minimum on sending and charge the higher fee when sending on the user.
So in short, those using it and off-chain wallets are the ones paying the fees, not the micro-earning websites themselves.

The majority of Micro Earning websites have changed their rewards around 20sats per claim. it's obvious that due to the price increase of Bitcoin, they can't hold the burden of paying their users since the revenue from ads < Bitcoin they spent. So, the wisest step is to either close down the website or just decrease the rewards. Though most of the traffic nowaday is low quality, many of the visitors use proxy, VPN, and so on. There's no point of earning from this business anymore.

Well most of these sites are not profitable anymore. I actually ran a faucet myself a year ago (when the price was way more stable than now ) but I ended up shutting it down since the ad revenue was less than what I paid out to the users.

The increase in btc price of course affected this kinda sites greatly since they have to deal with smaller and smaller amounts of satoshis making it harder to process small withdrawals and paying the tx fees.

sadly this is true, and i hope things change in the future.
but all of these micro earning sites can still function with some workarounds. for example the a-ads, which is a banner advertising network used to pay each 0.0001BTC but now they are paying each 0.001BTC and it can simply be more. when the earning accumulates to a decent high amount and also paying in bulk, meaning paying 100 users at the same time in one transaction always helps too.

Everyone knew that once bitcoin would gain more popularity and become more mainstream the micro earning websites would get affected a lot because of the increasing transaction fee. It's just one of those things that comes with bitcoin gaining more popularity not much you can do about it.

Faucets, games, and PTC sites adjust their rewards according to BTC/USD rate so the price is not a barrier. As far as fees are concerned, some microearning sites have the option to withdraw through Xapo, here no fee. Rest either use Faucethub or pay directly. About 95% of faucets use Faucethub and if I am right the withdrawal fee is not more than 1.5%, a 300 satoshi fee for a 0.0002 BTC transaction which is not bad and some direct paying PTC sites use the same 1.5% fee. Yeah, unlike earlier because of high fees now, microearners are not withdrawing small amounts, but that has not affected the popularity of microearning sites.

Yeah they are really affected by this shits of transactions fees but they always have a solution into this in increasing the minimum payout or withdraw amount so they wouldnt worry about huge fees in micro transactions like before

I was running a faucet since back then and shut it down last year because of the same reason( i cannot sustain the payout anymore). Tho on the other part of earning platform like trading it was a huge impact on my part so instead i focus on trading right now

Using allot of faucets and PTC sites and withdrawing using bitcoin became very very difficult, with the rise and increase in bitcoin price the faucet and click value decreased but the minimum withdrawal increased because of the fees. even allot of faucets are now closing down.

Increasing the minimum payout at times affect the user, because the users will prefer to withdraw to the wallet at times of requirement. If the same is not possible due to the increased minimum value the user is the one who gets affected. As mentioned there is a solution, but the same will affect few users.

Looking from the side of the owners there is problem with high fees because then need to send funds to pay their customers, and with such high fees these days some of profit gets out of their hands.

From the side of users who use microwallets to accumulate their funds I not see any problem with fee, usually with bigger treshold user pay very low fee to withdraw to his wallet. For example if you want to transfer 0.01 BTC from FaucetHub microwallet to your wallet fee is only 10 satoshi for user.

Because of these transaction price increase lots of companies paying through sites like coinbase so once you go and try to withdraw you will end upto not to touch that earning because of high transaction fees.
