Poloniex Or Bittrex?

I never liked the user interface of Polionex. Bittrex has been the first exchange I used maybe and I find the website clean and intuitive for my taste. The only thing I am not confident with Bittrex is the system security. Since somone managed to get into my account with I don't know what method, I don't trust their security and I am more motivated to not keep anything in their site more than 2 or 3 days

My account in bittrex has been hacked too, I have no idea how could that happen and some of my friends also experienced it. My friend even lost 2BTC, huge amount I think. I don't trust bittrex to save bitcoin more than a day, and prefer to use it if want to compare coins prices or new coins listed.

I dont think if both exchange are hard to use, and if you ask which is the best between both, i pick Poloniex, one thing if you new in trading you can ask anything in Chatbox, i'm sure some of them will help you

Do you have use 2FA for keep safe your account? If not do that, please don't blame Bittrex because your PC have keylog and hacker can login your account anytime and withdraw your money, not by bug from Bittrex. Security account need from user, Bittrex have all security for keep safe account but user not use it and this is issue by user, not by Bittrex!

Both are good as Exchange and keep in mind never store your fund for long term in any exchange always use Private wallets for store your Coins

Months ago I would say Poloniex is better. But during the bull market that caused a sudden increase in volume, Poloniex was shown to have had their own problems in scaling their trading platform. I still trust them but it might be better to start looking at other exchanges too for some of your trades.

Welcome to Bittrex the best exchange right now and unlimited instant withrawal.

They were hacked years ago and they give peoples all the money back. they can just dont do that and close doors but no bydoing that they prove to be far away from any competition from other exchanges.

I Opened a ticket on poloniex to increase my level from 2 to 4 a month ago, they responded 4days ago saying, we cant match your adress on google map haha. like is google map is fully filed with all streets and little streets on earth.

And if by chance i got my level 4, and wanted to withdrawal lets say 100K dollars it gonna take 1 weeks? 2 Weeks.. 1month maybe... In the same time i gonna lose 1month of trading by keeping my 100K dollars in withdrawal process.

So, i'm definitly out of poloniex. they have turned to be amateurs, maybe scamers with low liquidity to speed up withdrawals.

So stay away from poloniex or you will regret it.

Bittrex volume is increasing week after week, poloniex traders are moving here slowly.

Shhhh.  You're talking about Bitfinex, because you can't read.  Bittrex is an altcoin exchange, and I've had withdrawals of around 1 BTC processed within a minute or two.

Poloniex takes hours even for tiny transactions sometimes...

Poloniex in 2017 very bad, if you want withdraw a huge money, maybe you will get an issue approval waiting and need 1 weeks - 1 month for waiting support fix it help you.
I recommend use Bittrex at now, if verified, the limit withdraw can reach to 100 BTC/day and very fast for confirm, not as Poloniex $25k and slowly when withdraw

Well that hasn't happened to me yet in polo. Though withdrawals doesn't take just a minute or two, it also didn't take hours. I don't really have any preference between the two and though i've read a lot of negative feedbacks for polo, i haven't personally experienced any yet.

I like so much bittrex , they always add new coins on the exchange and their support are very fast . Last time i had some problems with poloniex , i deposited my btc to their wallet and after i was not able to see the btc in my poloniex btc wallet , the confirmation was already done on blockchain . I sent to poloniex support an email and they answered me after 10 days . That was so much time to wait
Bittrex is a good platform and a very friendly design , any beginner can trade also their support are much better than poloniex support

yea you are right and i am moving Poloniex to Bittrex day by day. I also want to increase my level to 2 before 3-4 moths ago and i am still waiting. Up to present ı don't have any withdrawal difficulty but i lost my confidence to them because of many complained people and after DDoS attacks.

The problem with Poloeniex is not people will be losing their coins forever,but it is taking a lot of delay for a response from the team and most of the times the coins are taking a lot of time to withdraw as well as to appear in your account,so there is a real mess now,bittrex is pretty cool right now.

I prefer Polo, the volume is usually higher.
If you want to buy more or if you want to sell more, then more volume on the market is the best criteria.
It is the biggest probably.

Poloniex is probably the best option.
The problem is too-many users,
it may be about more than 36000 user at any time and may go to 50k.

It was funny but a big problem,
I found probably most of the people would like to buy or sell ripple (about 1 month ago - when it was at about 0.4 usd)

I am using Poloniex for now. It's bigger than Bitrex and it's easier than it. But, I heard that Bittrex has more coins, also new ones. So, I will start using it too...

I've just made a transfer from polo to bittrex and most people's issue with polo is the very slow transaction. Apparently that doesn't happen to anyone as i don't have any problems with sending or receiving btc on polo. I actually prefer it to bittrex but i've also started trading with it just to see the comparisons

For major ones, poloniex seems nice and fast. I do bitcoin and ethereum trades in poloniex. For the rest of altcoins, I trade them ib bittrex which is very easy to use one and I can also find ico coins there.

Both sites are good for trading altcoins but Bittrex has more coins listed in compare to polo as on polo you will find very few coins and it will also depend on which coin you are trading generally I prefer to trade on Poloniex as I find it very user friendly site to trade.
