Hello. Can you help me please? I create paypal account and add bank account number only,not a card. That is my first withdraw from paypal account but he wrote :  I click on increase limit and he wrote this :  Why I cant withdraw  |

Because if you have a non verified paypal account the withdrawl limit is 2500$. If you want a bigger limit you need to get your paypal account verified. Edit: Misread your screenshot, you have a withdrawl limit of 0 Do you have a debit card linked ? |

Because if you have a non verified paypal account the withdrawl limit is 2500$. If you want a bigger limit you need to get your paypal account verified. Edit: Misread your screenshot, you have a withdrawl limit of 0 Do you have a debit card linked ? I try to withdraw only 2 eur and yes, I dont know why my withdrawal limit is 0. I add only my bank account number,not a card because paypal not accepted my maestro card. |

No, he can see this on his home screen, I think its on the bottom left to verify and increase the limit yo need to supply information and sometimes they might ask for documentation, its not like the US or other countries paypal where you only need a vcc or to add a bank account and increase the withdrawal limits.
Euro accounts need to verify information or sometimes they need to verify documents, that has been my experience.

Tick the box where it says 0 euro and then click on the orange button and follow the on-screen information this shall help to increase the limits

If you are not sure what your paypal account ask you to do, just mark the checkbox as Withdraw limits ? and then next to Lift limits.
On the next notification screen, take a screenshot and post here. This will help us to understand your actual issue.

Withdrawal limits can be extended by verifying your paypal account. To verify your paypal account for europe you can try through debit card or search online. In my country paypal had added two small denominations in my bank account and I had to fill the same amount to two different fields in paypal to verify my bank account.

You have not made any withdrawal from this account according to you, you need to tell us the country paypal account then we shall be able to properly look into it.
If the paypal is from USA it might have been flashed due to a blacklisted ip address, no matter the case there is a solution.

This problem only resolved after you add card , confirmed it and then you get Verified you will raise your withdrawal limit.

Stop scam people please! OP not belive him please just contact papal and they will fix this issue, it will not be fixed by adding a vcc, simply click on the lift limits button it will guide you on how to lift them. |

SOunds like the worst thing that you will have to do is wait a period. They get hit with more and more scame daily and have to do various things to keep from getting run dry.

It's been three years I've completely ditched Paypal. Three accounts limited. Got cash on one back. About $450 never got back. |
