BTC vs USD - Will the price go UP/DOWN?

Bitcoin will surely go up. But any cryptocurrency price cant be guessed. Its too hard to guess any price of any cryptocurrency but due to increasing difficulty and increasing use of bitcoin, bitcoin will surely go up. I have reas many news, articles regarding bitcoin and also did much research and at the end concluded that bitcoin will go atleast till 4000 USD. Its a perfect time to purchase huge amounts of bitcoin now because at the end of this year, bitcoin will surely hike up. Bitcoin is a fastest growing cryptocurrency and used now a days everywhere. Many people are now aware of cryptocurrency and are also new people introduced to bitcoin.

Bitcoin will rise and it will just continue to go up and up to the moon! I believe that bitcoin is just getting more stable now and soon after the adoptions the price of bitcoin will just skyrocket to the highest point possible because of the huge demands that are potentially came this year or after a few months or even after the fork. As the bitcoin is directly related to USD, a decrease in USD will affect the price of bitcoin. This has happened weeks back, when the dollar value dropped down the price of bitcoin too decreased. But this is not the impact of user adoption or the other factors such as the supply to demand ratio.

I think looking the past history of bitcoin it goes down then up like this then down then up more then it was before. It is the sway of people who already own bitcoin trading back and forth. yes you are right the bitcoin price will rise up more and more, and like the japanis and Australian adoption make the bitcoin price much higher, so when some more countries adopt bitcoin and legalize it in their countries then the bitcoin price will be very high and also i have heard that india now is also wanting to accept bitcoin so it will much more better for bitcoin price.

If SegWit is activated the price should go up. At the moment it's hard to say, because we're hanging out waiting for something to happen.
I'd describe it like this:
No news - slow decline.
SegWit active - probably attempt at $3000 and a new ATH
People backing from SegWit agreement - drop
Any other agreement and network update - rise

So Its really confusing. Since 21/06/17 its dropping.. Hope for the best and price increase 

Not at all. I said it's probably going to go down if SegWit or any other similar project doesn't get activated. WE can't keep waiting indefinitely and watch fees grow.
I don't know which bitcoin you're following, but on the 22nd it went up by over $100 and then dropped a bit, but the price is more or less stable. Movements by 5% are normal for bitcoin, we haven't started to really go up or down yet.

If there is a split do not expect BTC to stay where it is. There are those against segwit that holds more BTC than most of us. Those holding 50,000 coins upwards can do a lot of damage.

remember the 100k+ hacked on bitfinex, these coins didn't destroy the market at all, 50k is a joke

second how do you know that the anti-segwit hold more bitcoin? this is just random assumption to me

the value certainly can't get lower than that anymore, at worse $2k is the bottom

2k USD mark for the price and possible the bottom of bitcoin is convincing because it already experienced a huge dump in last few weeks but it doesn't across or get lower than 2,000 USD price and it is a sign of a strong support level so i do believe that in the next few weeks or months the price of bitcoin will just have a small dump and pump and also a huge pump after few years compare to the price now.

Yes, I think that they have both similar with each other. Their price was both fluctuating. We can't say when it's fixed price because it depends upon its supply and demand. I can't also guess that when is it at best. That's just the work of money, the rise and fall of its value. What people do is that they are waiting to rise the value and at the same time its price before they are selling it. That's what I'm doing when I have USD in my wallet and if the price goes up then I would sell it.

The price in my opinion is going to go up to retest the $3000 level, and if it gets over then i would expect the price to stabilize at around $3300-$3400. If it fails to generate enough momentum to break that $3000 barrier then things may indeed turn ugly. People may start dumping because they are uncertain about how the UASF will pan out, driving the price into a downward spiral.

It seems like though that if you buy now you're pretty much guaranteed to at least make $200 profit in a week or two. Whatever happens, we are definitely going to see prices that are close to $2900, whether it breaks $3000 or not though is a different matter.

In every high there is low and In every low there is high, bitcoin's value is almost tripled since the year 2017 started.

I think it will go higher and higher before the year ends because I don't see any reason for it to go down in value, it just this fast few days the price is steady and it is good for me atleast it is not going down.

Keep calm and wait for another surprises that bitcoin will show off.
