Shapeshift on Jaxx mobile wallet did not go throgh.. Funds missing

Tried to shapeshift ETH > ETC in Jaxx wallet (on iphone) and got back only a fraction of the amount sent. Submitted a support request on Shapeshift.io but no feedback so far (almost 2 days now).
I'm probably getting too anxious too early on this matter, but the amount sent is kind of big deal for me (by my standards at least)..
does anyone know how long does it usually take for Shapeshift support to reply after submitting a ticket ?

Update on this: got my funds back. Seems like Shapeshift service desk have their hands full with ETH network "congestion"..
Anyway, happy this is resolved. Shapeshift proven to be reliable after all
