The same was the case happening from the past few weeks. In between some growth is happening with these coins. So this might be a time for correction for the entire crypts. Maybe from august things might happen in the opposite manner with high price pumping.
I agree that part of the changes happens mainly because of the fluctuations and decentralization where the movement of the stock in the market is changing. In fact before a development happens to bitcoin it would need a push through the user of bitcoin and the drop of price can give the signal to people to buy resulting for a balanced movement of the stock in the market. And that is the time that the vice versa would happen and the price will pump.
