Hello Guys,

i mined LBRY for 21 hours with arround 500 mh/s.

on whattomine it says i should get 11,23 LBRY in 24 Hours meaning around 400k satoshi.
After 21 hours of mining i end up with 6,74 LBRY. (arround 220k satoshi)
Im mining on suprnova with the EWBF miner.

Where is my mistake why do i get so much less as i expected to get on whattomine.

Please help me out Smiley.

Thanks

Is that counting unconfirmed LBC on suprnova? Do you have it set to pay out automatically every so many LBC on suprnova? What is your .bat file for your miner?

No i didnt set an automatic payout im pretty sure im fine with my settings at suprnova it was my first time mining LBRY and in  have total earning of 6,6 LBRY till now.

The Bat im using is the following:

ccminerAlexis78  -a lbry -o stratum+tcp://lbry.suprnova.cc:6256  -u Astasu.Astasu -p x -i 25

Im getting pretty close to 500 mh/s all the time.

difficulty is going up so hard and down so whattomine isn't as accurate as you can see

Okay i understand that and i think so too. But i averange nearly half not even close to whattomine this cant be the difficulty only or?

When i mine DGB on Skein im getting nearly exactly that amount, thats displayed on whattomine.

Sounds like the rest could still be unconfirmed on suprnova. Check your unconfirmed coins on your dashboard.

I have 0,16 unconfirmed.

Is someone else mining LBRY on suprnova? Since there is so much hashpower on it i think im wrong but i dont know where?
Is my miner or suprnova pool an issue here?

Even though my hashrate on the miner stays at a constant 500-505 the reported hashrate on the supernova dashboard seems to vary wildly from 200-600 and averages around the 350... not sure why still trying to find answers on this one

the 'realtime' hash rate that you get from the mining pools, bet it surprnova or otherwise, will never be accurate.  My guess is that the latency, confirmed numbers, dropped packets, etc all contribute to a real time stat that ends up being 50-150% off.   You need to take the avg of a 12-24 hour period so that the numbers are more reflective of real numbers.   I have a sneaking suspicion that the inaccurate real time numbers are either by design (for nefarious reasons) or lazy programming.

Myself, I have a local real time hash rate of 3600 (7 1080 TI's) and avging about 100 LBC's/day using suprnova, which seems about right.   Was using zpool before and using their auto exchange to BTC, another layer of complexity that I wasn't sure of.

I bought the beastly, overclocked 1080 TI AMP Extreme's.  These things run quiet, cool, and fast.

85% TDP
core +75 (on top of being OC'ed out of the box)
mem -502
temp 58-68
260w <---sucking more juice

each card is getting 515-535 mh/s

Iv got the same problem with supernova pool and ccminer.
Yestarday was the worst day i mine 15 LBC less then the day before, same options. About 450-500 Mh/s per card.
This is my setup https://i.imgur.com/Qdx5ca4.png and it mine only 35-40 LBC per day on supernova, i dont know whats the problem it shoulde be way more.

experiment with difficulty setting in your miner program. It makes a huge difference. try setting it to d=4 or d=8 or d=16 and see which pays out more for you. ccminer x64 d=2 on my settings.

you can set your worker diff by using the password field in your bat file.  instead of the usual -p x, use -p d=256 etc.

they actually have a note explaining it that is always on top of the dashboard, just look up Smiley

You can now use d=? in worker password field for static diff. For example "d=16" gives you a static diff of 16:
./sgminer -k lbry -o stratum+tcp://lbry.suprnova.cc:6256 -u suprnova.1 -p d=16 -I 21 -g 4 -w 256
