If you are good with writing lyrics this is not the best place to find a partner, maybe try some music related forums high chance of getting you more connections, maybe post few lyrics of any song you have wrote so other users can rate it.

LOL if you need money maybe not waste a year "writing songs" it's clear you don't even value "your product" selling them for 1$ if you did you would have done what everyone has already suggested and sell them in a music related forum.

You know what I'd like to see here and willing to pay something worthwhile that even gives you more incentive to create high quality work?

If you could do the music as well to fit with your lyrics perfectly it'd give your work some spirit and I believe it could make your own job much

Easier, if you don't have a physical instrument to play the song I'm sure you could find a few online or downloadable musical instruments
