The ICO has been done for some time, and you can withdraw your FAME at any time

You need to use the payMe method on the ICO contract to withdraw them.

I have contacted the founders/devs and they said they will make a post explaining the current situation to their users soon. This post should be extensive in explaining their situation and the delays as well as lack of communication over the past few months. Additionally, the founders are expected to outline multiple options for their investors/users moving forward.
