I've used Liquid once or twice before with relatively small trades, worth around $200 at a time. I defenitely didn't come across any hiccups, but this was early this year. This also seems to be happening (exclusively?) to Ethereum withdrawals, so it very much could be a bug that they are looking into.

This only seems like a recent occurrence though, so my vouch won't really mean much.

looking for a signature campaign, dm me for that

This might be due to Ether network congestion. As you can see, lots of exchanges have put Ether wallets on maintenance and temporary halted withdrawals, even Polo did it.

However, this does not provide any excuse for Liqui for their poor support, incomplete answers and lack of proper communication. Exchanges need to understand reputation is EVERYTHING and clients need to be treated in a professional way. If not, clients leave to another exchange.

Surprised with that. I used liqui in the past due to some coins there that isn't listed on altcoin exchanges with heavy volumes but never got an experience or any problem especially with the withdrawals. By the way, I can't imagined that fake transaction id. How's it look like? A link without a proper destination? Or maybe something like that?

Mine show us some screenshot of it?

I also think so, liqui never had any problem before and I think we should wait for some official response. They can't put their reputation on risk for small amount of ETH.

I knew these sort of issues will be there and will get settled ,all of the exchanges are having these delays for quite some time which is really irritating if you are planning to be a day trader,no only liqui but majority of the exchanges have these issues after the rally in alt coins and the main reason they would tell for the delay is increase in user base. Cheesy I am hearing a bunch of other excuses as well for these delays.

Well thats why it is advised to trade in low amounts even on reputable exchanges, we all know that even the ones that we though were "safe" they went down. It is unpleasant feeling and I am just sad when I hear something like this happens because I know how would I feel if this happened to me.

Thank you for sharing this, I won't go to this exchange in the future, I had some small experience with them andl was fine tho.

The issue here is people take a person's word as being gospel as to why a site shouldn't be trusted. If a site has 100,000 customers and 1 is upset, that person is the one who is going to speak out and not the other 99,999 that had zero issues. Can't really judge it on such a small set of data.

Update... after 5 days, Liqui resent my transaction and I have my ether now.

I just wish they were more upfront and communicated earlier on about what the issues were (and also wish they batch updated all the tickets with this information).

But at least I got my ether back, so credit to Liqui should be given for that. I hope the others who have this issue have the same positive resolution.

i've made a withdrawal of more than 12 eth last wednesday:

Ethereum   Withdraw   June 21, 2017, 15:13   12.05404294

still waiting....i've opened a ticket and the only response was that they " will refund coins back to your balance or we will resend it." without further explanation...

putting aside all the money i have already lost because of this delay and the eth crash in price i'm starting to be worried about those coins....i shouldn't have sent that much eth to liqui and
send multiple batchs instead...

#2330 ticket, after 5 days the problem is not solved. ETH still not received

TXid 0xf49bbc53b7c143400fe3ac1a18870623f8a52e269b708ac9b94b2074ee5497aa

On liqui.freshdesk.com : "Being Processed since 5 days 21 hours" and no answer, no help, no chargeback or complete transaction.

Similar problems on Polo or Bitrex are solved!!!! WTF?

So after getting my funds back, I trusted them again and started using them again. Lo and behold, the same day I resume, is the same day where RLC tokens are stuck now. My BIG mistake for trusting them again.

Here's a clue, liqui... for each transaction ID that is not valid, resend (or cancel)  the transaction. It's a simple script. Do it you numbnuts. There shouldn't be anyone manually going through shit.

EDIT: the tokens finally arrived 12 hours later, false alarm over here! sorry about that

I'm having the same issue with mgo tokens. Withdrawal "processed" 8-9 hours ago, and the txid they gave me does not show up on the blockchain at all.

Here is a screenshot of the withdrawal on liqui: http://imgur.com/a/g1qBU

Here is the (fake?) txid that doesn't show on the blockchain: 0xa3a522fb20d7d052d058f5acc0e1db69ffae27b4ff1556e8558a69c4c8bdbb42
The address it was meant to be going to: 0x0795DaC3FF638272f1C3b0D463226c6b71D5f460

It's a fairly large transaction so if they were selectively scamming it would make sense for them to steal this one, while still keeping the trust of a large user base so that they could scam someone else in the future.

If this ever somehow gets resolved I'll come back and edit this, but based on these threads it doesn't look promising.

I know I'm a new account here but i've made the account for this issue, not just FUDing.

That's true. I'll admit that I was having bad thoughts of this exchange too after reading the post. It's good that the senior members of this forum were quick to question, and thereby providing a more balanced assessment of this exchange and the situation. Thumbs up to members like you for helping newbies like me have a more accurate picture of things.

I never faced such issues with the Liqui till now and I am comfortably withdrawing my cryptos from the Liqui. Now the support people are answering the question accurately without any delays.
