Good luck. I would be interested in buying but proving to me those are genuine COAs and appraisal values will be next to impossible unless we meet up at a credible independent appraiser and go from there. Does that work for you?

There are a few issues on your post.  
1- "Appraisals" in jewelry are for insurance replacement purposes.  Your statement that they are conservative could not be further from the truth.  They are typically very loose with the gem grades and very high on the price.  
2- While you do have a few items that are decent some of the stones are trashy on the other pieces. Example is the silver ring with I2 melle stones, melle I2 is used for industrial applications.
3- Those items are not Name brand items and as such are essentially valued at scrap prices + sizable stones.

Melle diamonds on the secondary market will get $100/carat for VS and above while anything lower will get about $60/carat.

The metal scrap value of all the jewelry is worth about $1100 (using 45 grams of 14ct gold)

I would say that at a pawn shop you might get $1500-2000 on a good day for all of it but I would be shocked if they paid more than scrap gold total.  Having said that if the Emerald is of outstanding quality it could be worth much more but AAA is a loose description and non Emerald cuts are worth much less.

Without seeing it in person I would offer you $2500-3000 for all of it and that is actually more than I should probably offer.  I am not far from IN and would possible pay more if I could see it but blind that is all the risk I would take
