I hold btc because I want to increase it. Sometimes I withdraw some of it for our daily needs. Some people do not hold btc because they don't want to risk their bitcoin. They are just playing safe amd maybe keep it to some other account.

Such people simply do not believe in crypto currency. Or maybe they have other sources of income besides bitcoin with less risk.
Now, despite the news about the split, I trust bitcoin.
And I believe that in a few years its price will rise sharply. So I decided to keep bitcoin

I am and I am still active here because I wanted to learn You see this forum is not only a bitcoin faucet or a bitcoin earning site. It is a haven where you can learn alot of basic opportunities for bitcoin. News about bitcoin are also seen in this forum. So I see no reason why we should never be active.

Yes. I hold bitcoin but not much or little. Holding bitcoin just like holding money is no reason to throw it away unless you meet an urgent situation with your finances or you want to start trading on altcoin exchange

Yes I do am holding some BTC but most of the coins I am holding are altcoins. And I do believe bitcoin will still increase in the next succeeding months or we wont know by next year, a bitcoin will be worth $10k.

Now bitcoin is a better tool for investment so everyone who they are trying to keep it and earn on the price increase. This facilitates the growth rates, but limits the circulation of coins. Until bitcoin will be the coin for investment, we will see rising prices.
