How to get an account
10M will be given for bitcointalk members.
There is no faucet running so an account can only be created by existing account holders.
If you have a legendary status and you want an account, just let me know and I will create an account for you and give you an account name and password with 10K EVO in it.
All you need to do is to change the password and remove the old private keys so that it will only be you controls your account.

And what to do if I Sr.member?

Always remember, when you get your account, change your password to get your new private keys and remove the old private keys.
Or even better, use your new account to create a fresh new one.

Can someone please explain where to change pw and remove old private keys?

go to account, permission, account model and put your new password
it will give you a set of keys that is derived from your password.

use those keys and publish the changes.
then in the active permissions and owner permissions you would have 2 keys, one for the old password and one for the new password. you can remove the one for the old password so that you are now sure that it's only you who can access your account.

Can the person who has been set up be allowed to bet other people not having the rank of Legendary?

if you have an account, you can give others account and if they get 5K you also get 500.
it doesnt matter what your rank is as long as the person you give an account to is a jr member or higher.

I still don't understand why I have to wait for some one to give me an account when we are on page 3 and we are pretty much the first ones to appear on the thread.

how about we make it a rule to make the usernames the same as bitcointalk's so that you will know there will be no duplicates.

I deleted the files u said and still the delegate.exe crashed. I installed evolution 1.0.0 too. I tried in windows 10 and windows 8. what should i do?

are you using 64bit windows? because it is needed. also, is there anything in the messages? can you try to see the logs if it says anything?

When i click delegate.exe the windows crash in a sec and i can't see anything write. Maybe im doin something wrong and im using windows 10 - 64 bits
