Not sure what you are looking for but I think this is what you are talking about https://live.blockcypher.com/
Just put the transaction ID at the plank space but before that select Litecoin first at the bottom
I use this to check the transaction I made and this one is far better that Blockchain

Why not use electrum LTC or any light wallet instead?
