Bitcoin core install issue (OSX)

Bitcoin Client Software and Version Number: Bitcoin Core 0.14.2
Operating System: OSX El Capitan  ver. 10.11.6
System Hardware Specs: Mac mini (Late 2009) 8 GB 1067 MHz DDR3
Description of Problem: I can’t install Bitcoin Core.

Any Related Transaction IDs: None

Not sure of your problem but I think I had similar with Windows.
What I did was look at the top of this forum and click torrent, then download the correct --> download the content --> take out the Mac OS bitcoin core and try running that instead.
