Sorry, but don't even bother...
You'll put a lot of effort to build this mining lab, and a few weeks later you'll find it is already too hard to mine something.
If you have GPUs it's a little better, but even them will be useless in a few months or a year.
I have 2 FPGAs sitting and doing nothing, since the ASICs took it all.

the only good coin for cpu are verium magi and zoin, i don't know any other good coin to mine with cpu, but even so these coin are not very profitable, because cpu coin are bad anyway they don't offer much because of botnet that rape them all the time
