Frequent errors

Hi  I am here to report an annoying set of errors that do not allow to complete the registration and consequent access to the forum... I have a couple of friends in my community outside this forum who try to sign up for days, but each time they receive a different error, cookie error, captcha compilation error even though the captcha is not present etc. etc. please help me
