Just note they have problems with withdrawals if you're outside Europe.

At the moment, we are doing our best looking for a solution to start issuing our cards to the countries outside the EEA but it can take some time. Cross your fingers for us, we will keep you posted!

I've stumbled upon this message, don't know if it has been resolved.

I do not believe it will be completely anonymous, because you can not get the card without the email phone number and address. There is only one way to do this, you can remain completely anonymous by buying a used card. Maybe someone dropped his card somewhere

And then comes back home, finds out the card is gone, logs in to his account and finds out that someone has just sent $1000 from a Bitcoin exchange to him. It's time to block the card, report it as stolen and enjoy the money
