He told me he would be back after work to complete the PayPal transaction. It would most likely take around 10 hours. Around 15 hours have passed by now and I'm waiting in anxiety for this transaction. I'll keep everyone updated on the topic. I already sent the $7 as told in the OP post.
Paypal transactions do not take nearly 10 hours, paying them takes literally like 30 seconds max so idk what you mean. I do not however see him running away with 7$ since the account is alot more worth, so you should not be worrying about that. Maybe he is just busy.
For purchasing something off another website it does.

It does not, since when paypal transactions have took over 1 minute to send? Last time i did a deposit on DO with paypal it took 30 seconds. Also i do not think that promising certain time, and holding someones money over that time is acceptable action on this forum. As a hero member you should know this. You are just trying to make excuses and reason a broken promise to the other person. So have some respect and stop lying into pur faces. Anyway, i hope you deliver and are not as immature as you were right now.
