Altcoin QT Clients for Mac please?

Hello-

I was just wanting to petition: Is there anyone with the know-how to quickly/easily crank out a Mac version of some of the more popular alt coins' QT clients?

Here are the ones I'm currently having to run under Parallels because there isn't a Mac version:

- BTB-qt
- MNC-qt
- CNC-qt
- PPC-qt

Is it easy to compile a Mac version or not so much?
