Avalon has shipped 1 batch of their units (~68GH), batch 2 is delayed.

BFL has shipped a few Jalapenos (5GH), board is being revised for the little single (25GH), single (50GH) and mini rig (1500GH)

Block Erupter (ASICminer) has centralized share based mining active, and is now starting to make their little USB modules (0.3GH) available. They also auctioned off a few of their large blades. (10GH)

They are now the 50 GH/s units.  Anybody that bought before that change are supposed to get multiple units to add up to what they paid for, though.  So they would likely get one single and two 5 GH/s units.
