Invested in MobileGo ICO and still have not received any tokens

On 5th of June MobileGo send an email saying two things recarding the distribution of the tokens:
"Starting tomorrow we will begin MGO distribution.  If everything goes smoothly we expect full distribution to be completed within the next three to four days."  
and
"Keep in mind, we will not be going live on any exchange until the full distribution is complete. However, this only includes people who have sent us a Waves or ETH address to send MGO to. If you have not provided us an "send to" address, please go to the dashboard and do so as quickly as possible."

I have saved my Waves address in the crowdsale panel the first day it was possible to do so. But still, I have not received any token and neither my email nor the ticket I started where answered. Exchangers have started to enable MGO trades days ago.

Does anyone has a similar problem?

I am pretty desperate now, because I don't now how pursuit further.

I received mine about a day after I entered the address...but I used Etherium coins. Have you tried using an etherium address instead of Waves?

Still waiting for my tokens. I asked the dev on slack, and he said that "The store should be released at the soonest July 1st, tokens will hopefully be sent in a batch tomorrow or the next day. You will get an email when they are sent.". So let's just wait. The good news is the price is increasing during these days. So, in a way, it helps you hold them.
