why most products now are made in China? can we trust these products?

Nowadays if a person hears of a product that is Made in China they will think that it may be a "Class A" product or a Low quality product. But the truth is China is producing a lot of low quality products because they are cheap, they also produce high quality and reliable products. China has insane amount of manpower and this is the reason behind creating a lot of mimicked products, but not all products are "fake", China still has authentic and high quality products as well.

However, what they lack and quality, they make up for speed. They produce massive amounts of these in bulk and tons of them are shipped around the world. Do I trust them? I am from India, and I can say that the culture of public defecation is slowly changing. People are building toilets near their houses and are defecating in the open with less frequency. And this open defecation issue is present in a lot of the third world nations, and India is not an exception. But the mentality never change. Indians want salary for doing hardly any work. Until this attitude changes, India is never going to pose a challenge to China.

I still have some numbers from 2013 or so. And i.e. the pollution of the ganges with human fecals was like 100000 times the allowed standard for drinking and bathing.

India definietly needs to get some basic healthcare and sanitation standard before they can improve and go the way of china.

The quality of the products being produced is more important than where it is being produced. You can buy garbage products that are made in China, and great products that are made in China.

as for me, i suppose not the place where an item is made in matters, but the technology used does. my iphone is made in china, my adidas performance sneakers also, all that is original and made on sertificated factories, and i'm grateful to some chinese workers who made those items for me. everything is well-done, qualified and of a copmaratively low price.
imagine how much sneakers would cost if made by a german or a french?!

The situation in India is different from that in China. Unlike the case in China, only a small part of the Indian population is engaged in productive activity. This is clear from the fact that just 2% of the Indian population is paying income tax. So here, 2% of the population is subsidizing the remaining 98%. The burden on this 2% is huge and the system can collapse at anytime.

Most of the things we use today are made in China. China is known for their China made products. Everyday, I hear a lot of people saying China made products are dangerous. Toxic chemicals are used in their products. I also agree because their products was confirmed dangerous especially when it comes to cosmetics. China made products are easy to be broken also, that is why many people don't trust China made products anymore.

you have to remember that China is a huge country, their population is the biggest one on earth, and Chinese is the most spoken language worldwide. There is a lot of labor, a lot of consumers and therefore a lot of demand for products/services, it only makes sense that China will sooner or later become the most powerful country (economically), it's already projected to do so. Manufacturing is a big part of China's economy, because as mentioned earlier, China has a huge population, which means a very big worksforce and whenever there is too much of something, it's value goes down. Chinese works are so many therefore, that their time is not as "valuable" as in other country (high supply means lower prices), and that's the reason why China is such an attractive destination. Instead of paying a US worker 2000-3000$/month, you just pay between 300-600 a Chinese works to do the same thing. Multiply this by thousands of workers and you'll see how much money can be saved and why it's worth to open a factory in China.
