ETC stucked in poloneix

hi guys, i have been mining directly into poloenix address for over a year. recently i have 2 etc 'missing' in poloneix. explorer/gastracker shows the txid from pool are ok and my polo address has 2 etc in it. however, when i log into poloneix...my 2 etc is not there, checked the address correct, checked history showed no sign of the transfer, not playing with margin or anything... just a small time miner. sent a ticket to poloneix but no reply for weeks. anyone encounter this before ? any other solution other than sending ticket and hopefully get a reply from poloneix?

thats a long time, send another ticket but there isn't much you can do until they respond, $600+ is not something I would let slide.

They are having problems currently with ETH but as long as it is in the polo address you should be safe.

and mine to your own wallet in the future.

i don't have this experience, but my friends does. he have bad experience with sending and receiving STR in poloniex and he already send a ticket but the suppport system is late to reply. poloniex support system is always late to reply and we need to wait for at least 3 days to get their reply.

its etc, like 40 dollar. just trying to save some gas mining directly into exchange. done some googling, nothing much could be done other than wait for their reply. i mine to bittrek and receive my etc on the dot, so i guess something wrong with poloneix.

I have lost 1.1 etherium with poloniex while transfering it. İts just pup up in the air. I hope it will come back from somewhere soon. But desperate now.

The past days have some issue about etherchain, I hear some news tell etherchain got transaction congestion when a huge people try send ETH to buying ICO Status (SNT) and that make more transaction can't confirm! Some exchange site blocked withdraw before fix it complete and I think you in this bug, wait reply from support team poloniex, try send again sticket everyday if not want wait more time, good luck!
