wait a minute? ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) ? please explain to me why in the world would you put into ICO a exchange where you will be earning from transaction fees like all other exchanges? what is the reason for an ICO? you are trying to launch a service where your lucrative aspects will render you a considerable income. and on top of that you want to have a ICO? this makes no reason to me other then trying to grab some cash and run! We are doing an ICO to fund the development of this project, which is not only an exchange, but also a token market and a solution for starting [Suspicious link removed]panies in Estonia. We are offering quite a lot of unique features, both for those who are eResidents and who are not. Regarding income, Mothership commits to repurchase MSP on the free market using 20% of fees earned from Mothership products. The repurchased MSP will be permanently destroyed. This way we will repay the community for helping build this project. Woah there fella, repay the community? By buying coins off the market and destroying them? We've seen this sort of ponzi scheme before, it works like this: Launch ICO Invent a pre-sale for "select investors" Sell shitcoin to noobs Use noobs BTC to buy the shitcoin from yourself Winner winner, chicken dinner! Did I miss something? Yeah, you're missing the fact that we're real people with confirmed track record in IT, that we have great people as our team/advisors and we're partnering with the Estonian e-Residence team and incorporating in the EU. I see ICO as a wonderful opportunity to launch a company that will build something great and I have no interest in running away with someone else's money and thrashing my name/career. I'll be glad to answer any questions regarding our legitimacy if you have doubts (which I understand completely). Hi there, I'm a researcher at Smith + Crown ( Smithandcrown.com). Can you update your Linkedin Profile with information about the Mothership project? It's not uncommon for projects to link to external profiles of people who aren't actually involved with the project. If you are "real people with a confirmed track record" then I imagine you won't mind making a public acknowledgement of your involvement with the project. I think this would help ease the concerns of the community. All the best, Weston Sure! Just updated, totally slipped my mind, thanks for reminding!

Mothership is DOA: Yesterday the Estonian Supreme Court ruled in my Bitcoin case. The state and some media claimed that the court decided to treat Bitcoin like any other economic activity, but this is not true. The court decided to apply extra regulation to Bitcoin trading that does not apply to other economic activities. Including the requirement to meet customers in person (face to face), as well as the requirement keep IDs of ALL customers and report those who trade more than 1,000 Euros more per month. No other economic activity is subject to such strict requirements, the normal reporting limit is 15,000 Euros not 1,000. Estonia is also the only EU country to apply special strict requirements to Bitcoin, most other EU countries, do treat Bitcoin like other economic activities and do not impose extra strict regulation. This ruling not only applies to Bitcoin, it applies to all blockchain tokens and assets, the only requirement being that the token or asset can be exchanged for fiat currency somewhere. I think it's safe to say that Estonia has now confirmed that it is the worst country in the EU to start a Bitcoin or blockchain business. As a bonus, the court also decided that I do not have the right to silence and that I must provide information that could incriminate myself. So besides being hostile towards Bitcoin, blockchain tokens and assets, Estonia is also not respectful of fundamental basic human rights. I'm curious as to if the team has a response to this. I mean this site / guy looks a bit sketchy so there is most likely something here being missed ... but still.

Devs nor anyone else didn't respond to this btc.ee case...and same time price is skyrocketing. Is the conversation about this coin somewhere else?
My case would be: 1) e-residency 2) set up company to Estonia and get bank account 3) trade my bitcoins to company b/a as EUR via mothership 4) invest and do stuff at Tallinn
Anyone any idea how much the tax would be for the sold bitcoins profits in Estonia if it's done officially via mothership as part of those footsteps I described.? Tax-free? :O

lol only 2 pages.
Backed up Estonian Government. Exchange in the making with legal ICOs. Sitting at ~$50M marketcap Supply will decrease in 50%.
It will make a 10x-20x this year to $500M to $1Billion Strap up.
|
Stratis: Same supply as Ethereum + Masternodes + ICOs + Bitcoin a Core Dev. 90% cheaper than Eth. Do the math.

It's not about buying too late, it's about selling too early. Buy and hold. Longterm. 10+ years.
