Why my profile rank counter updates so slow?

There's a difference between post & activities.

240 Activity: Sr. Member

Well, you have not read the rules or you didn't even searched about it?
You can only gain 14 activity points in 14 days no matter you posts 500 times or 14 times.
You must post 14 times in 2 weeks in order to get 14 activity. You will reach your Sr rank when your activity reaches 14 activity points.
You have 252 posts means you only have to post 1 more time to reach your Sr rank. The activity points are updated every 2 weeks. I don't remember the day maybe its Thursday?

this is clever system created to block spamers, because someone could make legendary account in one day if there wasn't ways to stop it like this one you describing

Activity is based solely on post count.
You have same activity and post number because you have not exceed 14 posts within 14 day timefrarme.
