IMPORTANT UPDATE FROM COINXL

Dear CoinXL Members,

We wanted to provide you with an update so you know the current status of our operations.

The good news is that CoinXL officially opened this past week as a soft-launch in order to allow our leaders and their teams to sign-up and get positioned in advance of the prelaunch with no bitcoin payments required. We were blown away by the positive response from our members and feel humbled to the core for the support you have shown us. It's been a monumental undertaking but we are on top of every aspect of this operation and want you to know with absolute confidence that we will be able to deliver a platform unlike any other in the marketplace.

We would like to recognize everyone on the marketing team for creating a site that looks absolutely stunning and professional. Great job guys, we love it.

The back office you see today will not be the back office you see at pre-launch, in fact its only a glimpse of whats to come, as the full rich features and user functionality will be implemented very soon. Please understand we needed this opportunity to test out some new features like the holding tank for one, which enables you the ability to manually place any personally enrolled members directly into your binary tree.

We quickly discovered some flaws in the code that are being reprogrammed as we speak. The goal is to make it very simple to place new members. Very soon, you will need to make only one decision with respect to placement. All you will need to do is simply select a member in the holding tank and then decide if they go either into your LEFT team or RIGHT team, and that's it. From there the software will automatically search the binary tree and then place your personally enrolled member into the next available position, left or right, without you having to navigate down your entire tree for manual placement like you do now. Remember this is just the testing phase of our soft launch. This is where we discover the bugs and implement the fix.

You will also be able to view more information about the person you enrolled other than just a username, plus the graphical interface will become active very soon which will make it very visually appealing other than what you you see now which looks more like an excel spreadsheet...We know it's not there yet, but its coming and believe me, it will knock your socks off.

Next, I want to apologize to anyone who attempted to generate an e-ticket for support and didn't get a response back, because unbeknownst to me, I failed to activate the admin email settings required for the servers; and thus no emails were coming through. I alone shoulder the blame for that oversight, so if your wondering why you now see the support section in your back office as pending, it's because no emails were coming through the admin system and so we temporarily disabled that function. That will change very quickly along with the password reset feature which should be active by tomorrow.

We just hired additional staff in order to look after incoming support tickets once it goes live again, and all of us partners are taking an active role to help with answering your support tickets because we feel it will be the foundation we will bank our future reputation on. I want you to know we take member support very seriously and we are committed to do it whatever it takes to do it right. Sarah will be heading up the member support operations of CoinXL and she is extremely capable and competent.

Now we could use your help. Please note that the username you select is case sensitive so write down the correct spelling of the username and password. Don't use special characters in your username like @, #,$,%,&,* because the system will not recognize special characters, but some were accidentally generated and came through before we had the opportunity of closing that loophole; so if you have an issue with logging into your back office because you have a special character in your username, then we will get it resolved for you.

Thank you for your patience and for the sound advice we received from many of our leaders because I assure you that during this soft launch period we are working tirelessly behind the scenes to build CoinXL into one of the best cryptocurrency trading platforms in the industry. Our mindset has been from inception that our members would always be viewed as our most important asset and we aim to earn your respect, in that we hold ourselves accountable.

In closing, our new corporate video and company PowerPoint presentation are nearing completion and just around the corner is the pre-launch...and that's when we will turn on the complete platform and showcase CoinXL to the world. We can't wait for you to see whats coming next, and we promise it will be worth the wait.
