What? two completely different questions.
I use exchanges to convert my BTC to cash. Normally I get them to do bank transfer or cheque for large amounts over 5K and for smaller amounts I sometimes put those directly on my credit card to pay off the balance.

I Convert my btc first to cash before i buy things, and with my wallet that im using its easy to convert it into cash. My goal is really to buy things from all the earnings i incurred here in bitcoin but still holding some for my future purposes.

I already bought a few things. Most of these things are invested on my books in school. Converting your bitcoin into cash depends on which country you are. There are a lots of application in playstore that can help. You can also send it in your bank account.

Also the biggest e-shop here in the Czech Republic accepts payments in bitcoin for their goods, so you can buy almost anything here for bitcoin. No need for conversion.

If you count the price of the purchase goods with bitcoins get more expensive than Fiat money. Now it's easier for me to convert my bitcoins into Fiat currency on the credit card and then make purchases in the online store.

Well, am yet to find company that accept Bitcoin as a mode of payment here in my country. So most time I have to convert my bitcoin to fait currency before I will be able to make purchase although am hoping that with time some of this company would start accepting bitcoin as a mode of payment.

Yes, but I usually exchange my bitcoin into cash. Whenever I get my profit from bitcoin, some of it were exchanged into cash in order to buy my family's necessities at home and some school stuffs. If talking about really exchanging or buying bitcoin to something, I haven't done that since I don't know establishments accepting bitcoin right now.
