If you count the price of the purchase goods with bitcoins get more expensive than Fiat money. Now it's easier for me to convert my bitcoins into Fiat currency on the credit card and then make purchases in the online store.
Yeah it's also easier for me doing this. Also i save time and days become productive.

For your topic, no I haven't bought anything yet using my BTC but I am planning to buy something as a means of investment for bitcoin. For your other question on how to convert btc into cash, it's simple just go to your local exchanger and convert your btc to your local currency.

Sadly I never had a bitcoin so I won't be able to buy things using it.  Hopefully I will be able to have a bitcoin and to learn also how to convert it into cash.  I'm just learning.

I've used Bitcoin on the Gyft app to buy various types of giftcards. That website makes it easy and opens up a lot of options. I've also bought some silver on Provident Metals with BTC as well.

look for a "local" exchange, that trades the currency you want to liquidate your assets in

You need a bank account and crypto's

You'll send your crypto and in return they'll send you the cash, with a fee of course, usually about 2-3%

You can use sites such as localbitcoins and bitstamp to convert your bitcoins in to fiat. There are many other sites but I've never used them, a quick google search will bring up many.

In order to buy items using bitcoin, you do not need to convert it into ordinary currencies. I already bought clothes and equipment with the help of bitcoins.

I can't see why would anyone pay for their VPN service in anything but cryptocurrencies, it kinda defeats the purpose.
