Instead of offering to the whole public and face too many issues on your brand on the long run, i want to get an investor for a project that will be launching Next Month. It's more easier if an early investor is ready to partner with you, and you succeed together.
Development of project is 65% completed, and am ready to show demo only to someone i think is truly ready.
The following will be observed for trust issue. when you finally show interest in the business
1) Company will be registered (UK, Ltd) and you will be among the registered shareholders, clearly showing your ownership value (75%)
2) Payment will be made to a reputable escrow, before (1) can be completed.
3) Funding is for initial license and present development expansion (Mobile app), publicity and massive promotions after launch, salaries to mention a few. Any any value spent will be properly documented and shown to you weekly (before launch).
4) Site revenue will be visible via the shareholder's login, and all revenue made on the site will shown, and the profit too will be automatically calculated by the system. Then 40% of profit shares will be available and automatically sent to your Bitcoin wallet Monthly, except you decide to put some to the Company's reserve profit.
5) I will accept 3 more of your conditions

EDIT: Seems the 40% didn't go well, so i modified to 75%, i wanted to leave the other reserve for expansion in the future, but now, there is a 75% equity offer.

I own only 15%. So you have contributed 10btc, or the equivalent thereof in services? Hint: An idea is worth 2-5% at most. |
