First of all If any moderator thinks it is not the right place please send me a PM. I am not active user, but I follow this forum like as guest since many years, great forum.

I would like to share my experience with this company, If anybody have same troubbles please share too. In May (I dont know now) UQUID had a horrible automatic deposit system, due the system failures I did 2 transfers, UQUID only recognize 1. When I contact with customer support nothing solution, always same response "talk with us by Skype"

If they have time they will check the account, LoL (about 20 days explaining what happened). As I said at the beginning If any user have same problems with UQUID please share it.

I have funds in uquid.com. I want to withdraw via SWIFT. I have submitted id verification documents on two occasions. It seems too hard for them due to the body that verifies the id documents is related to uquid's debit card issue system. Since October 31, 2017, I have been in regular contact with uquid.com support, but no resolution. It is now December 28, 2017. Has anyone else had this problem? Is uquid.com hogtied or do they not want to payout the funds upon request by account holders?
