最近一项调研表明，大多数普通消费者对区块链技术并不了解。

五月份英国的汇丰银行（HSBC）发布该调研结果，接受调研的59%的消费者称从未听说区块链技术。80%听过的人称并不理解区块链技术。

该结果来自三月和四月的投票，主要调研目的是消费者对金融科技的理解与信心，涉及英国2000个人及以下国家的1000位消费者：加拿大、中国、法国、德国、香港、印度、墨西哥、新加坡、阿联酋、美国。

调研结果也许并不意外，因为目前大多数区块链技术的特性还很抽象，谷歌Google Trends数据显示，消费者正在拓展相关知识。

该服务指出，比特币、以太坊和区块链三个调研内容的搜索量在增长，尽管区块链的搜索量低于其他两个。
