From shaddy dealing with the clinton presidency (gmos) to more recents total abuse and exploitation, i think that they believed to have become to big to jail. Now they start to realize that their little swamp can so quickly be drained that all along they have been played (from lynch airport girl, to holder gun runner, to obama healthcare pimp, to bill clinton rape rampage with his buddies). I don't see the problem to liquidate those assets now. The question is which superframe agenda were they serving? I can't believe that planners could be as stupid to believe to have a single chance of world gov... noise to loot to be exposed to permit the constitutionnalists return in glory? Like a vaccination? Inserting dangerous agents to test in real life the solidity of the consitution?
Test passed.
What will happen to the demcrat basis? Have they started to realize that the rumors on the internet are mostly true? Pelosi cash? Gold mine in haiti? Clinton slush fund, clinton foreign secretary pay to play, hillary server/email etc etc etc... or do they still prefer to stay in their foetal position?
Let's define a contemporary Democrats, shall we?
Today, the House Democratic caucus is composed mostly of progressives and centrists,[4] with a smaller minority of conservative Democrats. The party's philosophy of modern liberalism advocates social and economic equality, along with the welfare state.[13] It seeks to provide government intervention and regulation in the economy.[14] These interventions, such as the introduction of social programs, support for labor unions, affordable college tuitions, moves toward universal health care and equal opportunity, consumer protection, and environmental protection form the core of the party's economic policy.[13][15] The party has united with smaller liberal regional parties throughout the country, such as the Farmer–Labor Party in Minnesota and the Nonpartisan League in North Dakota.
What's not part of being a Democrat?:
Caring about Hillary Clinton
For some reason, the right seems to conflate Hillary with the entirety of the DNC. I'm tired of hearing about her, she lost. I never talk about the team that loses the Superbowl, Im too geeked about the other team winning. Essentially, we usually forget the losers and celebrate the winners, but some reason, Clinton is still a talking point half a year into the Presidency she lost
. I'm sooo glad she lost, we wouldn't have gotten Trump. What allowing Trump to become POTUS has done is expose what the GOP has drifted to, in the interest of its corporate sponsors:
The Republican Party's current ideology is American conservatism, which contrasts with the Democrats' more progressive platform (also called modern liberalism). Further, its platform involves support for free market capitalism, free enterprise, fiscal conservatism,[3] a strong national defense, deregulation, and restrictions on labor unions. In addition to advocating for conservative economic policies, the Republican Party is socially conservative, and seeks to uphold traditional values based largely on Judeo-Christian ethics.[1]
I have no issue with these ideologies, as presented, even if I don't agree with them. Im personally all for free markets and deregulation, always love a strong national defense. The quirk comes when you see how these noble pursuits have been perverted by corporate lobbying (it's a D and R thing, tbh).
Supports deregulation, but at the expense of worker and environmental safety.
Supports free market capitalism, but restricts state's rights to sell marijuana.
Fiscal conservatism, but has routinely sought tax breaks for corporations and the elite.
Supports the idea of trickle down economics, but this strategy was implemented and proven ineffective.
Definition: Trickle-down economics is a theory that says benefits for the wealthy trickle down to everyone else. These benefits are usually tax cuts on businesses, high-income earners, capital gains and dividends.
So the guys that would outsource jobs out of the country, even establish headquarters outside of the States to avoid taxes, they are suddenly going to make sure that the value they collect 'trickles down to the little guy' the worker.
I won't hold my breath. The shareholders are the first consideration. It's the law, dammit
Another observation is that it is not really fair to push Christian agendas through government. I'm Christian myself, but everyone isn't. No taxation without representation; and Church and State really shouldn't mix. The mixture of church and state gets you regimes that incept things like
Al Queada and ISIS. I don't think I have to explain that additionally.
Jesus said render on to Caesar his shit. Even in the Republic that was Rome, people knew to separate Politics and faith.
We have forgotten our fathers faces
So the critique isn't with the party as much as the agenda. The mission of your party is noble, but your voting base is being used to support policies that harm the very base that votes for it, as well as others.
So, what's your actual critique of Democratic ideology, or are you mad at Hillary, a candidate that didn't win, or Obama, a man who is no longer President? His legacy is being erased as we speak by your party
it's the new goal post Obama; dismantle his works. Tax repeal, healthcare repeal, and environmental regulatory repeal
because we all want corporations to get tax breaks, less healthcare, and a more fucked up environment.
Yuge.
