Dropped my phone, screen cracked. Sent a request about a week ago to reset 2 factor authentication but have heard no response.

Tried to fill out the form again but it says: A Request To Reset Two Factor Authentication has already been submitted.

Has anybody done this before? How long did it take?
First there was Fire, then Electricity, and now Bitcoins Wink

happened recently to me a few weeks ago. I think it took about 10 days in total.
