If he had put an effort on his site ponzi, I think some blind or greedy people would have fallen into the fraud, but with this site that OP posted... I also doubt that anyone invest in this site

I think the scammers are only accepting alts because they realized that alts are very profitable ( pump and dump)

I am one of those few who doesn't believe in this kind of scheme that is why don't visit this kind of site because it just a waste of time and money. They will only pay you at first and then runaway away with your remaining money.
