Test the gpu one by one to make sure they are all working, if they work it's definitely from the motherboard, it's better to check for bios update through official Asus website and flash to the latest update, see if that works for you

is it Win 10 64bit?
if yes then start bios, make all pcie settings gen 2.0 or even gen 1.0 enable 4g decode.
Make virtual memory 40-50-60gb.After that add cards 1 by 1. 1.2.3.4.5.6. if still problem not resolved test your riser 1 by 1.

After trying everything you've been told in this thread if nothing works for you try to load up Linux OS through a usb flash drive and see if all the gpu will be recognized, you can download mining OS too like hiveOS, there is a possibility that all graphic cards will be seen

there was a board that was doing that to me in the past, make sure all the unnecessary onboard devices are disabled(sound and stuff), also try disabling onboard gpu in bios and then plug all the gpus in while 4g decoding is disabled and try to turn it on after all the gpus installed

you could have 3 of the exact same mobos

with the exact same parts in every way

and all programmed exactly the same

and 1 of them will only do 5 of 6 or 4 of 6 cards.

I can help you try to do simple mining if everything you do fails.


I have about 22 rigs with 16 on simple mining and 6 on windows 10
