It's raining, but there's not a cloud in the sky. 100% all blue. A couple other guys were outside with me witnessing it. One dude is now recording it. The Weather Channel shows no clouds, and shows 9% humidity.

Question: Should I pray or remain a quasi-atheist?

From what I understand, prayer is just a positive thought process leading toward a fortunate outcome, whether it be to benefit oneself or others. One could argue that prayer wouldn't necessarily exclude people without a chosen deity, so I say go for it, supposedly won't harm anything. Pray ► Rain God
