I don't have any definitive proof, but hear me out:

epay.info started the auction on 10th June of 2017.

The faucet-pay.com domain name was also registered on 10th June of 2017.

It's pretty obvious, from the epay website, that the content was never written by an native english speaker.

There is VERY little content on faucet-pay.com right now, about 4 strings of text total, one of which is:

Why not come out in the clear and explain to your potential users what all this is about?

Compare this to the forum presense paytoshi, faucetbox (Kazuldur) and mexicantarget had/have.

ePay.info was lunched on September, 2014 to give multiple services to Bitcoin community.
Right now we offer Faucet middle man service .
That allowed faucet users to collect coins from faucets in one place and get them in one payout to.
ePay.info is a non-profit system, we do not get any fee from our users.
We earn by showing a few ads on our own sites and pages.

faucet-pay.com was lunched on june, 2017 to give multiple services to Bitcoin community.
Right now we offer Faucet gateway service .
That allowed faucet users to collect coins from faucets in one place and get them in one payout to.

This could be explained somehow, but hell, it would sould pretty crazy.

I agree. Why don't they open a ANN thread here. In the last 6 months, we have seen many scam "Faucet middle man service". Some faucets in their list have a very hight rewards. It may be a good promotion

No one in their right mind would have the b*lls to launch a microwallet service based 100% on ad revenue, if they didn't know what they're doing.

There's no issues with more microwallets in this scene, we do need more actually, but this lowlife epay guy should stop wasting people's time, before this gets out of hand.

I have launched a faucet rotator recently and added their faucets to my list but looking at the recent withdrawal with no real transaction, I think I should just remove their faucets from my list to stop wasting people times.

Looks that epay team was very bussy while creating this site - there are only few lines of text with grammar mistakes. I hope now they won't find many victims.
In past few months there was some more microwallets started, but all of them gone after few weeks. We have to be very careful with all these new services, because majority of them want to scam us.

The fact that the recent withdrawal has no read transaction ID over blockchain obviously tells you that it is scam.
Unless site admin can explain what they are trying to show people with the recent withdrawal?

I love how you claim that you are not the same, but the grammatical patterns of errors in your post matches the grammatical patterns of errors in both sites. By denying that you are the same admin, you're inviting people to nitpick and criticize everything that you do, just so they can prove that you are, in fact, a douchebag scammer.
