Bittrex ACCOUNT_DISABLED

Like every day within my account, control multiple coins and make a CFI deposit, I try to sell them and read ACCOUNT_DISABLED.

I open a ticket and answer me:

For security purposes, once your account is locked there will be a minimum 24 hour wait period before it will be unlocked.
For Accounts valued at over $1000 USD we will require additional information proof of identity.

No problem, i send my docs and proof of residence, and after that:

This account has been locked after scam reports.

Account is currently under investigation.

WTF???

I asked why and more information but for a week now they do not answer me

what can i do?

Same thing with me. The account never has any deposits or transactions before. I deposit 4  ETH. If the account was disable, they should disable deposits! I went through all of there verification process 3 days ago including my phone.

Now I get an email telling me to do what I did 3 days ago.

Are you sure about this? I have more than $1000 worth of altcoin there but never gone through any verification process and they haven't asked any documents from me till now. 

I will try to withdraw some alt out of my account to see if everything is working like normal or not. Quite worried after reading this....

I have launched a telegram group. I want all those whose account has been disabled to join to this group. and if we needed to file a lawsuit against them we can do it collectively for better results.
