Hashflare accounts are not valid collateral. Even if you offer the profits from it, that collateral will be considered as future earnings which are also invalid. It's either you wait for your profits from hashflare or offer something else as collateral.
I ment the contract itself, it had a cost I already bought. Through that contract, which is linked to my account, profit can be returned.
Anyway, today is a presale of CREDO ICO. The price of the tokens are very low today, however I will only get cash next month.
I wish I could participate, even with a lower contribution of 0.2 BTC because the price compensates. I would use the same Hashflare account as colateral! This is far more expensive investment.
