I hope its up again i was checking in mobile wallet there is no error or service notification but i couldn't able to see any of my bitcoin wallet balance lets wait for some more time once i get balance i will confirm .

Guys, unocoin is online now. But I lost one transaction I think. I got my payment from sun contract signature campaign this weekened to unocoin address. When the campaign manager sent me the payment , I think unocoin site was down and I didn't notice that also.  Now its not credited in my wallet. I think I lost my coins that the campaign manager send .Anyways  I have opened a ticket in unocoin support. Guys, anyone knows how many days, unocoin support will take to reply to a ticket?

It was going to be safe only. They are reputed and being in the business for very long time. Only thing that suddenly going down with telephone line shut was the little panic that users started to think about it. Along with a day extension of Unocoin down added more panic to the situation. Good rest all is fine now .

i must say the efficiency of buying BTC with UnoCoin is so far the best I have experienced in India (im a newbie).
ZebPay was a joke (see https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1980734.0) and CoinSecure has my bank account verification as pending for the last 10 days. BTCXIndia it seems is not interested at all in new customers.

Guys just want to inform that I received my coins today, infact just now credited to my wallet. So happy now. I thought I lost my coins. But got it . Really guys, unocoin is a geninue and wonderful  service.

Happy to see unocoin back in action...I ve checked my account and there was some mandatory updates etc.. my balance is safe.

I am really not a fan of this Unocoin as there service which they provide are not useful for me (note I am giving suggestion on my personal maybe its useful for other but better research before using it).
So I don't like Unocoin better to use coinsecure or zebpay better research before.
what happen this were down and now activated back ?

try CoinSecure, perhaps you will have a better experience with them.

yes, they were down for some unscheduled maintenance. but now all is ok, and they are back online.
