I keep hearing about this new WeTrust platform backed by blockchain (TRST) and even though I understand the math/crypto behind Bitcoin and Ethereum quite well, I can't see how it would work to arbitrate interactions between banks and insurance companies like their demo video claims.

So can someone who understands the concept of TRST coin give me a real-life example how it could work?
