Vapor or cigarettes, whichever you choose?

Lately I smoke, but over time I feel strange especially in the heart. Sometimes it hurts on the left but only a few seconds. My friend suggested stop smoking and told me to use a vapor.

I've been googling about the effects of vapor to body, but the answer is less satisfactory.

How do you think, preferably a cigarette or a vapor?

None , why would you choose something that can harm your health? I haven't try smoking cigarettes or vapor because one of my friend died because of lung cancer because he smoke a lot. That's why to reduce stress or to make myself enjoy the day I just play different casino games on a trusted gambling site.

exactly that's why i never try smoking aside from lung cancer you can also get other cancer , it has a bad result though there are still some people chooses it. That is a great idea, well aside from playing on a casino site you can do other things to reduces stress like listening to music and reading books.

we should always think about the possible outcomes of the things we do so we won't regret it in the end. What kind of books you usually read? what genre you listen to? I love listening to music too , lo-fi calms my mind.

I think your body cries out for you to give up the cigarette, you should really have enough willpower so that it is not a cigarette or vapor, only starting from the fact that life is one and that you must learn to live it, do not waste it by damaging your health, there are other things better than smoking, start with some gym and good nutrition, maybe that's where the solution is.
