Hallo,

bin neu was Cryptocurrencies betrifft und habe mir kürzlich einen Account auf kraken.com erstellt, nach Tier3 verifikation habe ich von meinem deutchen Konto (Namen stimmen überein, nicht bei Fidor) gleich das erste mal etwas Geld eingezahlt, es befindet sich jetzt seit bereits einer Woche "on hold". Auf Supportanfragen erhalte ich keine Antwort.

Habe ich etwas falsch gemacht? Passiert das häufig auf der Seite? Das ist wirklich ärgerlich  Angry

Die erste Einzahlung wird immer eine bestimmte Zeit auf hold gesetzt.
Es gibt einen deutschen Support Thread hier auf bitcointalk.

Vielen Dank, ich habe "Aswan" eine PN geschrieben.

Ich frage mich wirklich wieso nicht klar kommuniziert wird dass die erste Einzahlung nach der langwierigen Verifikation nochmal viel Zeit in Anspruch nimmt.
