Other than Bitcoin.

Is there any other altcoins compatible with electrum or using electrum as a wallet ?

Please include links to Altcoin websites and electrum github links if there are any.

Thank you.

I've actually used electrum for LTC years ago and it is safe and legit.

I've heard about electrum for dash and other altcoins, but I am not certain they are legit.

go check the website or the official announcement of that altcoin if the electrum project were legit they would surely include a link to where you can download it on their website and also on their announcement page.

electrum-ltc is a legit version of electrum and the repository is maintained and updated. (last commit is 4 days ago) and i am personally using it to hold my litecoins.

Dash repository seems legit too but i am not using it.

Doge sadly is a dead project. not enough interest apparently. but if you want a light Doge wallet there was one that i was using back in the days called MultiDoge which was fork of Multibit
http://multidoge.org/
https://github.com/langerhans/multidoge
but this also seems to be dead! Cheesy
