hi
i have now one old nvidia card.
When i add one more card via riser to PCIe so PC turn on automatically. I cant even shut down. only reset
first card old nvidia gt 210 and second is gtx1070 . if i connet 1070 it turns on pc

its 1070 , when solo it turns on pc..
i just plug it via riser and its turns on

Yes, ive seen similar when plugging in cards to slots when the PC is "off". Just flip the switch on the PSU, add card, flip switch again and be happy.

Aways remove Psu cable while messing whit the risers

Go into the BIOS and make sure the system state when powered down is set to off.
