I just came across this
https://xetahash.com/products/xeta-miner-7

Is anyone using their products or they are just another scam?

SCAM!
A) their spec of 22THs while pulling 1,150w is impossible with even 14/16nm chips.
B) Totally unknown company with zero prior VERIFIED history of making miners.
c) Their site says in business since 2014 and yet Whois reports the site was registered 2017-04-23
Stay as far away from them as possible....

I was thinking on the same line. But why is TrustPilot giving them positive review here:-
https://au.trustpilot.com/review/xetahash.com

What do you suggest from where i can get mining equipment for reasonable pricing?

As has been said here many times before in many other threads:
ONLY Bitmain, Canaan.io (Avalon), and eBang with their eBit are the ONLY verified companies making BTC miners. Yes Hotmine.io also have a 2 out but they so far have had very limited production. Whatever miners you get only purchase them direct from the makers. NONE of them use distributors and that means if not purchased directly from the maker then there is NO warranty.

As for the trust review - with only 2 'reviewers' who both posted their 'reviews' 3 days ago, highly questionable to say the least.

What are your thoughts on Baikal and why are they always out of stock?

The Baikal is a scrypt or altcoin miner. This area is Bitcoin only.
For CPU/GPU scrypt mining and all other alts, use Altcoin mining As to why Baikal are always out, same as with Hotmine.io -- very limited production.
