Whats the difference between ASICMiner and ASICMiner-PT?

Ive tried reading all the contractual fine print and couldnt really make heads or tails of it.

Is it like preferred stock and regular stock?

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Also:

All asks are > 1.29 on the passthroughs... Perhaps the last chance for AM shares under 1.25/share!

Perhaps there will be more shares for auction immediately after the weekly dividend payout which is about to happen.
I can't work out if it's smart to buy now.. or just after Tongue
