The Ethereum (ETH) side of the forum is concerned their Bubble Game is choking trying to process just a few recent ICO's. How come someone hasn't used the Open Source ETH code and "placed" it on top of good old Bitcoin?

Re-brand the smart contract layer > Use BTC(!) instead of another new token.
Why does this not exist? Perhaps there are older, similar projects, but isn't ETH layer the most advanced?

They "borrowed and improved" blockchains, why don't we grab it back and build a much better "Bubble Machine"?
