In the german forums there are rumors that a bunch of people with an Order date between August and December 2012 found their order has changed to fulfilled.

Yes. I'm expecting a lot of people to be really pissed, if it turns out that BFL is shipping Aug-Dec 2012 Jalapeno orders and the June 2012 customers are still waiting.

Just checked my Jalapeno order from September 2012.  No change, still processing.  I really doubt orders from late 2012 are being shipped.

I would tip a database error on BFL's part or perhaps some people trolling on forums hoping to upset people with June 2012 orders.  Without a shipping tracking number any status change is a bit worthless.

EDIT: Maybe BFL are implementing their originally very ambitious 1/3 shipping plan and scattering around their shipping to make it appear they're up to shipping orders from late 2012.  If so, it would be very strange behaviour on their part.

Doesn't surprise me, people are trying to smear BFL to make them look worse than they are, (don't get me wrong, BFL have terrible customer relations so far) but there seems to be strongs campaigns against BFL especially on these forums, that kind of reminds me of the propaganda stunts the rebels are using against the government in Syria atm: "Rebels accuse BFL of using chemical weapons"
